Our Story
“In all the world, there is no heart for me like yours. In all the world, there is no love for you like mine.”
— Maya Angelou
Some love stories begin with a grand gesture. This one began in kindergarten, with a boy who took one look at a girl and knew — immediately, completely, and in a way that would stick with him for the next three decades.
Life pulled them apart, as it often does. But in 2023, she reappeared — and this time, he was ready. A carefully offered opportunity, a yes she could not resist, and a slow, inevitable falling back toward each other.
Today, we celebrate not just a wedding, but the happy ending to a story that started long, long ago — hand in hand, heart to heart, always.
Our Journey
Kindergarten. She walked in and he fell in love on the spot — so overwhelmed, so nervous, so utterly unprepared for the feeling, that he froze, panicked, and wet his pants right then and there. He was five. She never knew. He never forgot her.
Twenty-five years later, she appeared in an online English-learning forum. Same face. Same charm. Same questionable grammar. He saw his chance and offered her a free course — knowing full well she would never say no to a good deal. She accepted immediately. He was not surprised.
She invited him on a trek, secretly hoping the climb would humble him. It did not. He scaled the mountain with ease — barely breaking a sweat, finishing long before anyone expected, arriving at the top refreshed and completely unfazed. She has not challenged him to physical activity since.
July 17, 2026. Surrounded by family, friends, and everything that matters, two lives became one.
To love and be loved is to feel the sun from both sides.
